Clients are granted personal usage rights to the images delivered in their gallery. These rights allow you to download, print and share the images for personal use only. 3. Image Usage by Oobaloos Photography

Oobaloos Photography reserves the right to use images from sessions for portfolio, website, blog, awards, social media or other promotional materials. This helps future clients understand the style and approach of the work.

If you would prefer not to have your images shared publicly, please let me know in writing before the session. I always respect my clients’ privacy.

4. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. To secure your session date, a signed contract and non-refundable booking fee are required.

Full terms relating to payment, rescheduling, cancellation and image usage will be outlined in your individual contract at the time of booking. Please read it carefully, as it forms the agreement between us.
